For the past 25 years, Sherm has been a versatile musician, performing as a bassist in the band Manna alongside other career musicians, as a session bassist, and as part of a four-year church music team. He has explored upright jazz bass and amplified string bass, while playing guitar, violin, and piano. Currently, he is a member of the Manic Emotions where he plays bass guitar and sings.

Bob Smith, a prominent Salt Lake City area drummer and drum teacher, has recently joined Gary Dranow and the Manic Emotions as their newest member. With a reputation as an adaptable and dedicated musician, Bob has become a valued contributor to the local music scene, playing with bands such as Memphis McCool and The Gorgeous Gourds.
